Lapidary Tools, Classes, Open Lap Time

One of the main priorities of this club is to make lapidary equipment safely accessible to members who otherwise have no personal access to tools and equipment. Club members currently have the ability to utilise the following tools: 16" Oil Saw, 12" Oil Saw (2), 8" Trim Saw, Diamond Drill Press, Lot-O Vibratory Rock Tumbler/Finishing polisher, 8" 6-wheeled Cabking machine, hand mining tools.

Members must first pay dues, then take one of three safety courses "Intro to Lapidary," "Lapidary - creating a cabochon," or "Apprentice For A Day" to be certified to use Trevor's tools.

Lapidary time can be booked for $10/hour, upon availability, Thursday - Saturday between the hours of 11am - 7pm. Please visit the "Classes" page to check availability.
